The NASD won't go after John Schmitz - they got rid of him, that's all they care about. It's up to the victim to pursue her remedies. My guess is that New York judgments are good for 10 years and they may be renewable. The victim can lien on his real property and levy on his bank accounts and certain income. The problem of course is "first in time, first in line" and individuals are always behind government tax liens. There is probably nothing of value left to garner.

I see PCModem is back. I've been following the posts - looks like he's been digging himself quite a hole. He appears to be securely ensconced between a rock and a hard place, with the SEC on one end and Robert Dultz on the other. Be careful with this one, Dultz that is.

Actually, I feel a bit sorry for PCModem. It must be the holidays. I'll probably be over it by tomorrow.
