XML....hard to think of which companies would be "plays" in this area. Have done quite a bit of reading on it, and XML is being developed by a consortium of major companies, the likes of Microsoft, Intel, Oracle, Hewlitt, etc. etc. The National Association of Realtors will be using XML once it's developed, as will just about everyone else.

So investing in a company just because of XML doesn't make obvious sense to me. What am I missing here? Would love some more information, because XML will indeed change the functionality of the Internet for many businesses.
