Jeffrey, I do not know what to conclude from insider selling. They are human beings and have children to put through college, need a house to buy, pay off debts and off course since they are insiders they may be privy to some unfavorable announcement from the company. But if there is insider buying, then yes there is something positive in the works for the company. Reminds me that "repulsion and not attraction is a sure test of magnetization". Similarly with insider buying and selling.
