Not to be more flip than usual, but the question is the answer my son. (Zen for less than a buck). CORX has a decent patent estate but couldn't spell "focus" if it was tattooed on their forehead. The deal with Organon, besides validating the basic soundness of the co. should help to remedy this and focus their ampakine work on a few great indications. The fact that a lot of institutions don't hold it is not a fault of CORX but of the limited interest/ability of institutions to invest in small cap biotechs. CORX is also in my view an ideal munch.
