CB, After a lot of searching, I still haven't found a clear answer on "what happens if I refuse to stand when the judge enters the room?" Is there law that says I must? Is there a proscribed penalty? A maximum? What if I am just a spectator? What if I refuse to take an oath to tell the truth, but I am compelled to testify? It's got to be spelled out somewhere, but I can't find it.
