Chris, I consider the prophesies of Daniel,ie the 70 weeks to be like a chain of events. Once a link of the chain is pulled, the whole chain of events happened. One interesting thing is that Daniel was told to seal up the prophesy. In Revelation, John's revelation is the same as Daniels but he is told NOT to seal up the prophesy. To me this indicates that it is an imminent event. Although a few attempt to date the prophesy after 70AD, if you allow Scripture to interpret Scripture, it is obvious that Revelation was finished and in the hands of the Churches before the 70AD destruction. This is why it related to 70Ad and not something later which would create a GAP in the prophesy as the futurists attempt to do to the 70 weeks. Santiago

I believe both what people call a "rapture" and the General Resurrection and the Day of Judgement and the 2nd coming to be all the same day as the very last 24hr literal day! Just as I believe the world was created in 6 real 24 hour days. Scripture teaches that the " Throne of David " is fulfilled at the Right Hand where David saw it! I do not however doubt the conversion of Israel to Christ by the same "foolish Gospel" and the power of the Holy Ghost on earth in time. It will be as the revival in Ezra. The revival in Ezra was very "Extensive and Complete" but if happened after the Temple and City were rebuilt. Israel is being "rebuilt" but the revival is not until the "fulness" of the Gentile Nations is brought in. Some men make both Jesus and the converted Israel to be on earth. Some men make none of it on earth. I see it as "coming down " from heaven and the Throne of David "on earth". There are many who see Eschatology as being of little import. I can see scars in here from the misapprehension of this very area of what God teaches .. 1/3 of the Bible. Got to go back later.
