I believe that the world was created in 6 days as well, was it really 24 hour periods though? If the sun, moon and stars were not created until the fourth day then why would time have been measured by the earths rotation? It appears that the first three days had some other light source illuminating the earth. I'm reminded of what it says in Revelation 22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. When God divided the light from the darkness it was not the physical light (the sun) that was being separated from anything because it hadn't been in existence yet. (reiterating) One day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. Chris
