Unit wise, maybe. Definitely not revenue wise. As you know ASP's of Athlons are currently about 5X of K6's. If 12.5 million Athlon holds, I would think AMD will be substantially higher a year from now.

No problem with reduced K6 market share for me as probably not too great margins there anyway!

It's the "spry Athy" ASP that makes AMD so very very interesting as a potentially outstanding Y2000 investment!
