Sr K . . . based upon my observations the open is the same as opening ask. It does appear that Canadian markets must have been closed today. I checked several stocks and none showed any volume. I guess I will use tomorrow's open for the Canadian stocks.

I didn't understand your comment about Stock Screener and the "Hebrew" date.
