You know what Michael? I happen to know a guy who was tangled up in "corruption". It was an interim director at one of the national labs at the decline of the cold war. Some congressmen demanded "accountability" from these facilities that operated pretty much in a vacuum for years. Of course there were no records of where those extra paper clips went - WHO CARES? There are things that happen in the world that do not mean some individual is corrupt. For example, I can go to the Price Waterhouse box for a sharks game and hear PWs consulting pitch and guess what? I am not corrupt. Sorry to break it to you - lets just call my ability to accept somebody's expiring frequent flyer miles and gratuitous box seats at sports events "multitasking".
