Patrick: I think the folks from Quote.Com that post here just don't get it. With thousands of dollars on the line tick to tick, many of us do have more than one provider and do use more than one software package. But when the data from my providers don't jive it is like having cramps while trying to swim.

Poor data feed has cost me more money than I will pay for the QCharts service for the next two decades, at least at current prices. I bet that if it were their money they would understand the frustrations better and why when we post problems we don't need some Pollyanna constantly telling us it is our problem. I have been using computers to trade at home since the eighties. Sure some of these problems are not QCharts/QFeed, but when several users post the same problem the chances of it being user based is greatly reduced.

Regards,
LG
