"Papa John's International Inc. (NasdaqNM:PZZA - news) was ordered to drop its slogan 'Better Ingredients, Better Pizza' after a jury found it to be false advertising. The ruling came in a lawsuit brought by Tricon Global Restaurants Inc.'s (NYSE:YUM - news) Pizza Hut."

Hey, maybe we can use that slogan in a slightly modified way. How about:

Better Ingredients, Better Portfolio!

Anyway, it would appear that the market got a mild yeast infection from all that dough it was throwing around at the end of 1999. DOW off 254 and the NASDAQ off 138 as of this writing.

Funny how the SPECULATION component of the IDIOT WAVE has been warning us of a bubble, isn't it?

Best regards, Tom
