BMW found this. Nice find, Bob! It seems to be red target meat for a future lawsuit folks. Somebody somewhere along the line has to take responsibility. It seems Enhanced owns part of Phase2Media. But what's the relationship between Enhanced and Zulu? thestandard.net Even today, it still sad and serious with very weird overtones. If anyone's gonna do anything about what happened, how we all got screwed, count me in as helpful. I know, as a new investor when all of this was happening, I didn't like being duped and used.
