Sorry Bruce, I am not suggesting that you are using a string of excuses. I was referring to the kind of practice that the SEC is putting an end to. There are examples by the hands full. But I will say that I for one will not consider that you have made adequate disclosure until you have made an acceptable Form 10 filing with the SEC. Getting just the balance sheet and income statement is only a part of any disclosure process. A complete examination of the capital structure, warrants, ownership, options, etc. is a crucial element in making any informed decision about the value of your stock in the open market. So as far as I am concerned until you have filed your information with the SEC your disclosure through information packets is inadequate. Sorry, maybe it's just me, but I think that there has been enough hiding of crucial information in these penny stocks. I am not suggesting for a moment that you are hiding anything. I am merely opining that I hope you don't slip down that slippery slope of one two week or six week excuse after another. That would be such a shame after such earnest beginnings on your part.
