Jhild: Taunting is worst than touting! You are being unfair with your postings! The reason I had not answered your prior taunting is that I do not have the time to set on my computer and browse. We are in the middle of an audit. And I would not of seen your comments other than a shareholder alerted me of such. I am VERY BUSY! I would think that someone with your vast knowledge about SEC Companies would be aware of the time it takes to prepare and complete an audit. It will not happen any faster than it is taking in order to be complete and an audit that is approved by the SEC. I am curious as to what kind of time frame you feel a 4 year audit of three corporations in one parent company, with over 300 shareholders, a new upstart business plan, an on going business in place generating revenues and profit , and consisting of myself and two dedicated employees would take. You are questioning my creditability? That is unfair, as I have turned this company around and made it something we can all be proud of as shareholders. We have been successful in convincing prior management and owners to return over 6,000,000 shares (1/3) to the treasury in a share return agreement and have been approved for the OTC pink sheets within 6 months of turning this company around. The new rules and guidelines are changing monthly and to stay on top of this requires time and funds. We made a profit the first year out of the blocks and have increased our share value in doing so. I (Bruce Caldwell) have had a very limited exposure to the stock market other than my stock options at Sport Supply Group Inc. SSG my prior successful employment. I owned 100% of the stock of FiberSport Inc. of Missouri another very successful private company and now other than SSG , ESXS ESSXsport Corp. is the first public company I have owned stock in. Trying to defame me by name association is also unfair. Because of your postings and claims that I am not swift on my filings, I assure you this site will be the first place I announce that we are filed and the audit is complete. Please limit your personal attacks to my private email, as it is not fair to take shots in the dark without merit. A.
