Oh, a few things:

No massive political contributions
Not cutting pols in on IPOs so they can flip for 10 or 20k
No big law firms on retainer
No job bank for government yahoos that want big bucks
Not going to the right par-tees and other bonding events
No monster bankroll to fund scorched earth fights
