Analyst estimates have been for 30.00cdn by year end(report in Globe couple months back by Carol Leitch-no relation to company) and it was also followed by a sell recommendation months ago by some other "yahoo" analyst(may I use the word loosely) whose record is abysmal. All I really care about is that fundamentally the company is sound,no debt, loads of loot in the bank,a new improved management team with proven leadership experience and of course someone with inside connections buying that is all i needed to confirm that something was ami$$ and the stocks behaviour in the last trading week was "irregular" without news. All of the above were good enough for me as a buy signal. IMHO

Can anyone recommend a U.S. broker that will accept orders on Canadian stocks? Leitch trades on the Toronto exchange, and my current broker, MSDW, does not allow orders on foreign exchanges.

I think the HDTV news marks the start of a turnaround for Leitch, as it re-tools for digital TV.
