Point me to 733 shortages.

PB, forget 733, there are shortages of 800's and Xmas is over. You call Dell and the earliest they can get a pc with an 800 inside is sometime in February. Of course GTW can get you one in a week.

Now why didn't GTW go with AMD this past month? I always forget the answer to that question.

You said

shortly after intro, there were several reports of high end parts. Point me to a recent one.

800 MHz does not count as a "high end part"?

On the most recent issue of Computer Edge, few days old, Coppermines are EXTREMELY RARE. Only couple of vendors out of 30 or so have them. They all of PIII 600MHz and under but no Coppermines.

Ofcourse there is no shortage of 733's.
