Jay,

Yes, as you found out, if there are not 2 decimal places, WOW wont import the file. I just write down the symbol of each that is rejected and then go to windows explorer and open that symbol file in wordpad and add 2 zeros to any whole number in the first 2 dates. Cumbersome, as I've found about 15% have to be edited. Once done and WOW will import the file, should be no problems with daily updates of whole numbers---I hope! <G>

Another way would be to export from existing corrupted WOW Metastock files by deleting last row (12/31} of each stock and then exporting to a new directory the same way as would do with QP2. Either way involves editing, and I'm not sure the old WOW MS files didn't also have whole numbers vs. the required .00 in ASCII. I follow a few funds and dont use QP2 daily fund data, so have been updating these by hand along with a few BB stocks that used to be NASDAQ and which QP2 no longer updates--so these dozen symbols I have exported using WOW ASCII and then imported via WOW ASCII and has worked OK.

Regards,
Gary
