I am still using Browsemaster and will 'til they pry it from my keyboard. I absolutely require the following functionality:

1) One click opens all new unread messages for all bookmarked subjects with number of new messages shown.

2) Downloading of at least 100 new messages at one time, and allowing reading them by clicking page-down.
There is not enough time to read 10 at a time, unless I am retired and have no other life. The whole technology revolution is about this very thing. Why go backwards? If Go2Net is a High-Tech company, why are they forcing inefficient processing on us? Not enough eyes on the ads? Then charge more - I am happy to see ads, and I click on them also. But, when I want to read about stocks, I want to do it comfortably and efficiently. Browsemaster made that possible, and all of it's features are necessary.

3) I appreciate the format of the portfolio tables showing daily deltas in a very readable way.

I will miss my daily dose of SI if the current format does not allow reading of at least 100 messages by clicking page-down. Karen Sandberg

Thanks for the vote of confidence Peter.

I would propose beginning this task by assembling a list of Browsemaster features. With that list in hand, it should be fairly simple for people to rank their requirements and for me to assemble a final tally.

Comments anyone?

(I'll be back in a few hours, then I'll be able work on compiling the list)
