>> summarize why I should buy this stock

Internet use is more common in the US than in other countries. While growth here will continue, there is more room for growth outside the US. Companies like Star have the opportunity to experience greater percentage gains than similar companies in the US. It's sort of like buying Yahoo three years ago.

The burst of growth we saw over the last few years in the US will probably be duplicated outside of this country. The technology will not need to be developed fresh, but merely adopted.

Star is one of the leaders for the Spanish language. Today's decline to 32 1/4 could be seen as an attractive entry point.

Star is by no means a conservative investment. While hoping for Star to become a dominate leader and provide dramatic gains, investors should monitor news carefully for signs that another leader is emerging.

Another one to watch in this area is PASA. It closed at 11 1/2 today. If you watched the New Years celebrations in Miami on TV you may have noticed billboards for PASA's site, yupi.com.
