Voltaire the housing starts have been down 2-3 last months. Three in a row predicts a recession. there is no inflation, Why is everyone is sure Greenspan will raise rates? HuH? I am missing something?

They look at the employment numbers as a better gage of inflation.
I had a friend who wanted to buy QCOM yesterday , I told him to wait , but he went out and bought it anyway . My advise to him now ?? Because he is a long term investor I told him to hold it and if there is a big sell-off in the stock then average down at some point . People get so caught up in all the hype and then the Greed factor comes into play .
When you see a stock go up 400 % in two months say the follow over and over "gravity" :-]
