Hell, He doesn't have to raise rates with the incessant rate talk in the pits and from the media. Today's reduction I felt was rather dramatic on the Home front and not a word. Shows me we are not in a fundamental market at present. Of course we haven't been for years. Having said that, I find it hard to believe he would raise rates to bring down a small percentage of stocks that make up the gain. My God, 66% of the S&P is down for the last 12 months. I'm sorry but I feel it is agenda oriented. V
