customer base more than doubled in past 6 weeks.

Barbara, doubled from what? that's the real question. From 1/1/99 to 9/30/99, AKAM had total revenues of about $1 million. Almost half of that were derived from Apple Computers. It doesn't sound like they had too many customers to start with.
