IS, i hear people saying that the boomers and the x'ers will be putting money into stocks yadda yadda, but that has nothing to do with this psychological animal.

The above quote shows and change in investor sentiment and psychology. Given that year roll-overs sometimes change investor preference, we now have a decade roll-over and a millenia roll-over wrapped into one, expect a change in investor psychology for the year 2000.

It has already happened on the first trading day with the gap open on the nasdaq, then sell-off.

thats why bull markets typically end in a 9 year.

i believe what worked in 1999, will not work in 2000.
