As someone who has had a bad back for many years, I can tell you exercise is the key. Nothing else works trust me.

I've also had back problems. The only solution for me is Yoga.
Every Tuesday night. Moan and groan a bit but the result is excellent.

I know you folks could care less

Not so, Agustus Gloop. If there were ever a more caring bunch than the piffers, I don't know where to find it.

Back pain is the worst, as we can't do nothing without our back.

Is yours fixable? 34 is a young age to be plagued with such problems.

I wish you well.

I know you folks could care less but I am in unreal pain.
How could you say that on this thread? Between Ms. X, Gary and now you, I am thinking we should change the name of this thread to "DWA, P&F TA and Back Problems".

Now as far as the mommy thing goes....can't help you there dude.

Be well.
Tom

Why do you say we would couldn't care less? Have you ever seen a case where a Piffer couldn't care?

I'm sorry you are owies. Try some ice and see if that helps. Don't sit for too long either.

Mommy's here.
