Nice. I wonder what our resident "news hounds" will have to say about this?

Cheers,

Hahahahahaha. This is a good one. Another capital intensive business model. To be implemented by a management team with MOB run companies on their résumés, headed up by a defrocked broker with unpaid fines that was caught diverting client money into his wife's bank account.

With no disclosure about the insider ownership, warrants, options, preferred stock, convertibles, float size, or insider transactions. And a litter field over the past two years of unrealized, though widely touted new deals and businesses they are supposed to be in. HooBoy.

Some things are as regular as the seasons. PABN/PRWT has a new plan for each season. Or is it really just the same old plan every season? New PRs, orchestrated run-ups, the inevitable lack of execution, management silence and the long slide once again into insignificant digits.

Strike up the music, raise the curtain on a new melodrama to suck in new investors. And maybe drain another pint or two out of the investors still hanging about from the last round.

The sun must have set for the vampires are once again loosed upon the realm. Grab some garlic, shutter your windows and hang tight to your crosses. The sun will surely rise again with new discoveries mined from Databaseland and the bugs will retreat screetching into their burrows to await yet another new calling from the PR Puppetmasters.
