And everybody (read sentiment) thinks that boxmakers, (core business) are a low margin, highly competitive, cutthroat segment of old technology? John, there is some rumor circulating that DELL may warn re its Q4. However, assuming it's true [and it depends largely on the January post y2k period]let's hope they don't pull the same dumb stunt they did last year when they leaked the news to at least one analyst, Dan Niles of BBRS. If this company does not meet or exceed expectation at earnings I am dumping this company as they say in a New york minute with no questions asked. It seems that Michael is spending too much time putting his nose up dresses then paying attention to the loyal shareholders of Dell and also he should be winning support from analysts. The 155 point robust recovery today in the Nasdaq leaving Dell in the dust is disgraceful and unacceptable. It was the only stock in all my holding that was in the red. Frank
