I believe Liviakis has indeed moved on from RACE to devote his full attention to his new lovelies, SRMI (3 million free shares) and ALCRY (the Caspian Sea oil bonanza!). As for Data Race, the jig, as they say, is up.

Drakes, apparently both parties mutually consented to putting renewal on temporary hold, reason being further dilution was not deemed acceptable at this time. As closely watched as his accounts are, and considering the number of shares he holds I somehow doubt you're going to see him starting to sell - matter of fact keep watching the filings ..... You can say what you like and Garvin can continue posting stuff he found in Yahoo! to a thread nobody reads but the stock is going to continue to adjust in direct proportion to the anticipated possibility of sales.
