Here is what I understand the situation to be. The company asked the employee insiders not to sell any shares until after the earnings announcement at the end of the month, regardless of the lock-up. I am sorry I don't have link to provide the info. I am sure much of it was posted around the time that the split occurred and many shares were indeed sold. My point is, I think there will be round two of selling...I could be wrong, but that is what I understand the real situation to be. linda
