isn't it rather difficult to believe no one knew what was going on with this rogue trader..1996???? and discovered in 1998, talk about timely disclosure..

Lou S, on RobTV said that sometimes, a rogue trader is a perfect solution, especially when you want to collect insurance for losses incurred.

Although, he was referring to the Phoenix Fund at the time, I think.
