Hmmmm, yes perhaps ... but in this case TRP is actually filing suit for damages against their "internal auditor" for failing to discover the actions of the rogue trader sooner. Such a suit would be a pretty bold move on the part of TRP if the "rogue trader" was just an invention or a figment of imagination.
