I was a CICI long until recently. I learned that Broadway Trading a very large day trading shop in NYC regularly manipulates this stock and is responsible for the crazy volatility.

Just some general info.

Charlie, we've paid our dues in blood on CICI. But you are right about Plaintree, and the sad thing is that Plaintree could have been one of the truly high fliers of last year, had it not been so screwed up. But I believe that we have a winner in CICI, at long last. I know I won't sell at 10, probably won't at 20, who knows how greedy I will be? At least we have a chance. Keep the faith.
