That sounds like some serious manipulation to me John. I didn't pay that much attention to it when the NR first came out but it was obvious it rose very quickly on almost no volume and it wasn't because people really wanted to buy the stock. Somebody must be messing with this stock. That's worse than most OTC BB P&D's I've seen.

EDIT: the only thing that doesn't resemble a typical P&D is the volume increase ahead of the news ... there is none ... weird.

Then someone hit .75 about 20 minutes later and I am saying to myself who in there right mind would buy at .75 with this chart
