Robert, it appears that your not the only Amzn loyal customer out there, but can you say the same about your wife?;-)
When you find time to read an Amzn book is beyond me.

They do execute well Robert. My wife bought a play teepee through them for the kids and it arrived timely and without a problem. This was a heavy box about 3.5 feet long and 18 in wide. Certainly not a standard book-size carton.

Customer lotyalty sure is big, which means more revs in the future, which also means ever greater losses, however.

What's interesting to me is how all the "experts" keep saying say that no business will survive without a strong presence on hte internet, yet Walmart keeps growing rev and profits like crazy, and so does Cotsco and I don't hink either is strong on the web at all. And both these co's stock have done great. Same goes for Walgreen's.
