In general I agree with you there is greater inherent risk on the OTBBB, however NASDAQ/SC/NM, AMEX, NYSE issues often make dramatic moves without warning. LU is a recent example. The TSE has always been problematic much like the OTCBB, but fortunes are often made on those boards if you're in and out at the right time.
