They were in the gaming business (casinos) before getting into mining - high for the stock was about $2 in 1997 and it's been downhill ever since. Recent action is in anticipation of a reverse acquisition of their fully reporting shell and/or the expectation that they might be getting involved in the internet, possibly in Europe.
