You know Fred there's a lot true then that's still true today. Failure to disclose your relationship with the company, especially if it is something like a grant of stock for promoting the company's share prices is a no-no. Was then and still is.

In a sense ColleenB may have joined a cult of sorts. Maybe it is a Cult of Truth. Truth seems rather rare among the rabid longs around here sitting like brass monkeys shouting out any words that they think might drive away the light of sober scrutiny. Huzzahing at any rah-rah that might conceal their greed at any cost approach to posting about their favorite stocks.

Could be that she has come to understand that the kinds of volunteer efforts to promote stocks to the unsuspecting are not that different from the fraud perpetrated by the organizers in the first place.

Or it could be simply that you meet a better class of people when you stand up and join your voice with the chorus of those seeking the truth and shining light on the vapid double talk of the venal.

Maybe if you are nice she will explain herself. Or has that New Year's resolution already fallen by the by.

hey Ron, this one's better.......

Someone sugessted that PABN would eventually be bought out by "e-normous.com" as he put it. IMO, don't be too sure, I have seen people turn down huge amounts of money to continue to develop what they started from the ground up. We can't assume that every PABN officer is in for the fast buck. There are words like: professional pride, satisfaction, commitment, accomplisment...none of them have to do with money and some of them COULD apply here. I could be wrong, but, IF I would put as much effort and sweat into an endevor as these people have so far, I would have never done it for money alone. samm

Fred, a profit is something we have not seen around here for a long time.

Yes!! on some stocks a profit is encouraged and realized, However you and I have a couple in common that do not under stand this simple principle.

Did you enjoy the ride on GBLX? Did you get in on GSTRF? both were a ball.

The best of luck to us all.

Doug

Hey Ron did you check out where EDII trades now? It's in the pinks. Jhild was wrong about the CUSIP information not being in the written record however, he was quite accurate and dogged in presenting the whole picture. He's very thorough in his research. Eventually, I realized that I could not blindly believe the company story lines and faced the cold facts.

I eventually learned that information researched and posted is not the enemy... however, it is to those who want to sucker newbies in and profit off of them.

I learned a few things from jhild, as he has from me. For example, I doubt he'd consider saying this to me again... as he has witnessed that I too can be as determined in my diligence.

You're not looking for anything for me. I think I already have looked to my satisfaction, with a fairly high degree of diligence. I am prepared to be proven wrong, as I often do make mistakes. But as far as this point goes it's all for you to prove that you weren't shining us with a made up fact. And it looks like your response reveals that you would rather run than say you made a mistake. You would rather wave your hand and shoo the question away, than actually come up with something that it seems you don't have.

I did eventually prove him wrong and he acknowledged that he missed those few posts (a meager acknowledgement at best). What was foolish was my "game" playing and reluctance to share information openly, I didn't like the idea of his finding fault with the information. I realized that this reluctance of mine was my greatest enemy. For you see, it's the uninformed who are the ones hurt and taken advantage of.
