Jim,

you know what is funny about me being in LU(haha)? I was enjoying the ease at which I owned it compared to Intel. By that I mean, all the crap that gets dished upon Intel everyday(a lot by you), just doesn't seem to happen to LU.

To say I was surprised is an understatement, I have twice as many shares of LU as I do Intel. Not to mention that the latest LU proxy contains a vote for additional shares, what does that make you think before Rich dropped this bomb? Speaking of, did you receive yours yet?(proxy, not bomb)

I think the problems at LU are fixable and the demand is there

The first part is questionable; the second is certainly true. Problem is though, JDSU, CSCO etc may be the ones meeting that demand.
