I would take the $400 mil as a conservative number since the blue LED's enable opportunities that the other LED do not.

For instance: replacing incandescent bulbs in planes and boats. One can be a full color display with blue LEDS while that is not possible with red, green and yellow ones.

Bottom line is that I agree with you that it gives them enough $ to grow on until the other products become widely adopted.

Is that the true market or the constrained production figure?

CREE's LEDs are just entering the cellphone market. only at the tip of the iceberg in vehicle apps. How many other battery operated devices could benefit? How many mfrs want SiC LEDs but cannot get them?
The CEO confirmed that current customers are on allottment.

The Sony Playstation II, Nokia, and Panasonic design wins have huge implications on the potential imo.
