what is VERT's multiple times NetAssetValue?

Stephen, much lower than its stock price. ICGE is much worse because it's inflated twice over. You see, ICGE's NAV is calculated based on VERT's (and other investments)stock price, not VERT's book value, so you can say ICGE's real net asset value on its investments is substantially less than $15, probably around $1.

The key thing to remember is ICGE is a VC fund, just like CMGI and SFE. SFE trades at a significant discount from NAV, CMGI trades at 3x, ICGE trades at 12x.

Regards,

Tom
