FYI:

I signed up for the service on Friday. After downloading, registering, and rebooting I attempted to sign on. I was not accepted and got a message saying 'Password not accepted' or some such thing. I already have accounts with 4 other free ISPs in London. Why should I bother to phone in or even email to sort it out?

..............anybody?
