Oh, i don't know about that, robert. Looks to me like the majority feel the boy has a right to be with his father.

Robert what don't you understand about this? A fathers rights clearly supercedes a Great uncles rights when it comes to custody.
The law is clear when there is no eveidence of abuse or neglect. Money or what society doesn't cut it.
Burton and Smith are pandering and trying to score polical points and hurt the Democratic presidential chances.

They 're coming up losers.

Robert,

I have not yet read the posts today beyond this one. But what I have seen from your posts. You have no substance to back up your position. When are you going to show your side of the coin on this issue with some actual "agruements" (if I may use that term) as to why we should take a child away from his father.

You keep posting, your opinion, with out addressing any of the issues mentioned.
