Robert what don't you understand about this? A fathers rights clearly supercedes a Great uncles rights when it comes to custody. The law is clear when there is no eveidence of abuse or neglect. Money or what society doesn't cut it. Burton and Smith are pandering and trying to score polical points and hurt the Democratic presidential chances. They 're coming up losers.
