Didn't we find a limited website for Luxell once? I seem to remember a monochrome "military-looking" display.

I was nosing around the Pioneer site and came across this:

MOT just (1/6/00) announced a phone with electroluminescent display made by Pioneer (thanks to 993racer on the PANL thread)

I don't know what this means for the OLED effort. In another development Princeton patented an EL device that is driven by either UV or a blue LED or OLED. Don't know if this fits into the PANL licenses. Also don't know how they drive the Pioneer EL display.
