Perhaps the question is: does Disney go out and try to buy an ATHM, or parter with T to provide internet access?

I'm not sure what MSFT does here. I'm afraid they have too many other fish to fry. As an MSFT shareholder, I wish that they would spin of the MSN/Media division.

Zoltan, one proposed deal just presented on CNBC was Yahoo buying Disney or CBS/Viacom.

Disney has far too many internal problems to solve before taking a huge leap like AOL/TWX. DIS is just starting to turn around the ABC/Cap Cities deal - rating improving, ESPN ventures consolidating...Disney needs to stay the path of cutting costs and walking away from things are not working for them. Expect DIS to be extremely patient about pushing content into the home.
