Why when Disney has not moved in the last year to speak of, it has suddenly gone up almost 4 points? Just because it sued 3com? Or is something else going on?

I recall that Gates has eyed Disney before, calling it the greatest brand in the world. Remember, Disney is a world franchise, Time-Warner really an also-ran.

The Time - AOL thing may give Gates the cover he needs to move, if that is his intention.
