Hi, Bob. Put me down for weekly updates, along with I'll bet 99% of Newport users.

Sincerely,
RFH

Same here Bob, weekly updates make sense to me. They help me keep track of things. A month is a long time to not update and see whether or not one is making some money.

I closed out Asia Pacific at a profit last week, and started two new AIM accounts in Japanese funds today. Wish me luck.

Thanks for the Y2K fix; I copied it to the diskette as instructed, replacing the old EXE file.

Regards,

Jack

Hi Bob,

After applying Tom's formula on figuring portfolio ratios mine ended up at 700 % (Day Trader) Now that I have confessed my sins I have often thought it would be great if you programmed Newport to let prices be updated anytime the user wished to update them. I am not familiar with the complexities of this but if this was done the program would most likely sell to many more individuals who don't choose to AIM for whatever reason. Another suggestion I wish to make is that the program not force you to update your prices before you use other functions of the program. Last but not least, Question: Is it possible to print notes from the notepad? & I deleted a stock in Newport however I entered the same stock again and when I looked at the notepad it contained my old notes. I thought by deleting the stock it would have also cleared out the history and notes.
I do indeed like the program but I would love to see my suggested changes implemented.

Thanks,

Bob
