Yaacov: Good buying opportunity. Niles said Jan. would have to be a great month if they were to make their qrtr. estimates. They couldn't say anything to M/L that they don't make quickly public given the SEC's current view of selective disclosure. JFD

Yaacov, I have been struggling quite some time what to do about my holdings with Dell and I have decided to act on a recent post of put up or shut up. Given so much uncertainty and poor performance of Dell over the past year and Mr. Dell's insistence on staying in hiding not calming investors uncertainties, I have lightened up my position by 20% today. It was hard to stomach the Nasdaq soaring with most techs advancing smartly and the stock of Dell falling. I was also not impressed with Mr Dell selling once again several million dollars of his own stock when the performance has been poor to the shareholders over the past year. I will act aggressively in the coming days to possibly reduce my holdings in large percentage if Dell does not beat earnings expectations. I have decided as part of my New year's resolution not to hold any company that is lagging or shows little intiative by the CEO to be a strong performer. See much better possibilities elsewhere.

Best Regards
Frank
