LumiLeds (HP/Agilent + Phillips) uses InGaN sapphire LED materials.

unclewest, didn't you say that sapphire is not as robust a product as SiC?

IBM has little or no position in the Web Hosting segment; EXDS remains the far and away market leader. I believe Global Centers, of Global Crossing fame, is the next closest competitor in terms of the number of internet data centers.

Perhaps where IBM and EXDS will cross paths is in the Applications Servicer Provider business, as EXDS adds these to their IDC business.
