My guess?
The new company is fully merged by June. The studio division is sold off and debt is paid down. The TW/Turner interactive divisions are rolled up under AOL and leveraged - where they see a 300% increase in revenues.
In all, I see this company being equal in mkt. cap. to MSFT in 2 years. That is, unless the whole thing is botched badly. Which could happen. But I doubt it. You're talking about some of the best managers in the world. If they can't pull it off....mergers like this are doomed.
